Requesting Volunteer Hours
After completing a day-mission or a longer mission (weekend or week-long mission) you can request a letter or a form recognizing your volunteer service hours required by your school.
Hamilton Mission Youth gives up to 8 hours a day, and not more, even though you may have been present for more than 8 hours. This is because much of the schedule is not directly volunteer work. For this reason, a day mission will obtain 8 hours, and a 5-day mission will get 40 hours.

In your email please include the date or dates of the mission you participated in.
If your school requires a specific form, please send that form by email with your request.
Usually service hours are not needed urgently, so we process these requests on a month-by-month basis, and ask for your patience. If you need it urgently, please state so in your email.
